Young Lights: Bright Futures — Carers and Me!
Carers and Me is a fully inclusive program for young children of all abilities (ages 0–5+) and their carers. Hosted at our fully accessible community hub, Progress Place, this free weekly program creates a welcoming space where children and their carers can connect, play, learn, and grow together.
We’re also thrilled to welcome Wanda, a Child Development Specialist, and Morgan, a Music Therapist from the Maritime Conservatory, who will each join us once a month.

No registration necessary. Everyone is welcome to join us at Progress Place for this community event.
Carers will have opportunities to:
- Build peer support networks and strengthen social connections
- Access community resources and information
- Learn about child development and advocacy
- Connect with others who share similar experiences, fostering a strong sense of belonging
