Description

The Youth Transition Program at Club Inclusion is a person-directed program designed to help youth aged 16 to 30 transition from school to community. Running from September to June, the program offers a supportive environment where participants can set and achieve personal goals through fun, engaging activities.

By using recreation and hands-on experiences, participants build life skills, gain confidence, and prepare for meaningful involvement in their community. The program is tailored for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDDs) and emphasizes inclusivity and personal growth.

With registration every May, spaces are limited, so early application is recommended. The program is subsidized by the Province of Nova Scotia, Disability Support Program.
