Why Nordic walking?
It’s a a great physical activity for older adults looking for a low to moderate form of physical activity. This type of aerobic exercise engages both the lower and upper body, meaning it works the majority of muscle groups in the body.

- We will provide the equipment, poles for participants.
- No experience needed! It’s fun and we’ll make sure you feel comfortable Nordic walking.
