As our ideal candidate, we are looking for:
 

Experience and Educational Requirements

• Post-secondary degree/diploma in Baking, Cooking, Business, or human services related field, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
• One-three years working with persons with an intellectual or developmental disability.
• Experience in Business Development, Marketing, social media, and Catering would be an asset.

Essential Skills

• Excellent communication skills (written, listening and verbal).
• Demonstrates flexible, efficient time management and ability to prioritize workload.
• Passion and commitment to serve others.
• Basic computer skills.

Work environment; Day/Hour Requirements:

This position has physical requirements that may include physical lifting of participants, pushing wheelchairs, lifting boxes, working outdoors, and in production areas. Work is primarily conducted in an operational and/or vocational setting with supervisors and participants. Frequent standing, bending, reaching is required.   Standard 40-hour work week, including some Saturdays. Flexible hours and part-time options can be arranged.
